Meet Us!

Hi, I’m Molly 👋
I am a licensed therapist, mom of two cute little humans, and someone who genuinely loves helping people figure their stuff out.
I work primarily with young adults, parents of young kids, and a sprinkling of teenagers who are ready to do the hard work. I truly enjoy working with anyone navigating big feelings, big transitions, and the “why is this so hard?” seasons of life.
What I help with:
-
Anxiety & overthinking
-
Low self-esteem / people-pleasing
-
Trauma & past experiences that still show up
-
Relationship stress (family, friends, dating)
-
Feeling stuck, lost, or unsure what’s next
For parents, I specialize in supporting the mental load of parenting, identity shifts, burnout, and the emotional ups and downs of raising little ones (because wow… it’s a lot).
I’m also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), which means I have specialized training in pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and pregnancy loss - supporting both the hard parts and the meaningful ones.
What it’s like to work with me:
I’m not a “just nod and listen” therapist. I’m real, engaged, and we’ll actually do something in session.
-
We’ll figure out why you feel the way you do
-
Connect past → present patterns
-
Find actionable strategies that actually help
With me you can show up exactly as you are: nervous, anxious, guarded, overwhelmed, sarcastic, emotional… all of it is welcome. I use EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to help people get unstuck and feel better. I’m warm, honest, and direct (in a kind way), and dare I say I make therapy fun? I’ll support you and challenge you when it matters.
If you’re looking for a therapist who keeps it real and helps you actually move forward, it’s me – hi.🤍

Hey yo! Thanks for taking the time to read this! So glad you are here!
For the past couple of decades, I have had the privilege of sitting alongside incredible humans as they make sense of their stories, their struggles, and their strengths. Therapy can feel intimidating (and let’s be honest sometimes a tad awkward at first), so I do my best to create a space that feels warm, real, and maybe even a little bit relieving to walk into.
I’m especially passionate about working with parents those in the thick of it, loving their kids deeply while also wondering, “Why is this so hard?” Together, we can gently explore how your past experiences may be shaping your present reactions, relationships, and inner dialogue. Not to blame, but to understand, soften, and create a more mindful way in how you show up.
I strive to create a warm environment for those with anxiety or depression, as well as those that have endured traumatic events. I have extensive experience working with people of all ages who have endured terrible things. Implementing EMDR into my practice has created life lasting change for my clients. My approach is filled with compassion, hope, and connection. Traumatic events can alter the trajectory of development and functioning – you are not your trauma and you are not alone!
I am passionate and loud about the importance of mental health, but not in a pushy, do self-care sort of way. I believe in the power and energy that a therapeutic space can bring to ones own life. Also, talking about yourself for almost a whole hour once a week to a non-judgmental, curious, and sometimes funny, hype woman sounds like a party to me! It is also hard work, hence the hype woman part!
I also really like providing supervision for just starting out therapists and really dig providing reflective mental health consultation. Reflective mental health consultation is open for anyone who has a job! Honestly, it is hard to describe, so head on over to that page to learn more because this bio is getting way too lengthy.
If this seems like we'd jive please reach out!

"The best way out is always through" Robert Frost
Congratulations, you have made the first step forward in walking through. Everyone experiences their life journeys differently and in their own way. These journeys, past and present, can give us joy or sorrow. Our past experiences influence how we process current life experiences. Without working through these experiences, we cannot move forward and through. By walking with you, I can help you feel validated in knowing you are not alone on this journey. As a therapist, it is important to me that my clients feel safe, supported, and validated.
In my practice, I work collaboratively with my clients to create a strong therapeutic alliance. I approach the therapeutic relationship from a strength based, developmentally appropriate, and relationship-focused framework. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy technique, Motivational interviewing, Relational Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and relaxation. I have experience in working with issues related to trauma-and-stress related disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, attachment and relationships, anger, and ADHD.
I received my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato with my undergraduate degree in social work. I am trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have a wide range of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Many of these individuals are highly marginalized and reside in rural communities. I have worked as a school-linked mental health therapist serving students in grades Kindergarten through six and have provided services to clients of various age groups.

Hi, I’m Karen Hernandez. I’m a child, adolescent, and young adult therapist who can provide services in English or Spanish. My personal and professional belief is that everyone wants connection. They want to be seen, heard, believed in, and cared for, which is why my therapeutic approach is relational at its core. I enjoy helping people increase their intrapersonal and interpersonal satisfaction by helping them truly understand themselves, including their emotions, wants and needs. I aim to see people form deeper, healthier connections with others, develop adaptive coping skills, and overall feel better in their day to day lives. I will help you build on skills you already have, gently guide you out of your comfort zone, and cheer you on.
Another passion of mine as a therapist is helping children and their caregivers create relationships rooted in safety, support, trust, and appropriate boundaries. Did you know 85% of the human brain is developed by the time a child is 3 years old? Early childhood services are so important in helping a child reach their full potential.
I have experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, among other life issues and stressors such as relationship challenges, divorce, parenting, and chronic illness. I use a trauma-informed, attachment-based developmental lens when working with individuals and their families.
We were not meant to do this life alone, you deserve a safe and supportive space to flourish and be the best you, you can be!
