At Therapy is Cool we have two providers who are certified as supervisors through their licensing boards. These boards include:

- Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health (Rachel, license number 1630)

- Minnesota Board of Social Work (Molly, license number 19760)

- Minnesota Board of Social Work (Kristy, license number 22408)

We offer supervision for the following licenses: 

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)

• Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW)

We use a reflective, developmental and growth-oriented approach to supervision, with the goal of helping supervisees become confident mental health professionals. We focus on supporting the development of each supervisee’s individual therapeutic orientation, style, professional identity, competence and mastery through reflective and supportive supervision. We help clinicians develop their skills in the following areas:
